Tricia Jenkins
Learning & Development Manager
Tricia Jenkins is Learning and Development Manager at Arts & Business. She is responsible for the national training programme that includes workshops, master classes, an annual symposium, a mentoring programme and bespoke training packages. Tricia is a qualified teacher and spent over 15 years lecturing in the further and higher education sector before moving into grants management and fundraising.
She is experienced in public and private sector fundraising, having worked for the London Film and Video Development Agency, Film London and the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. As Development Associate for Hi8us Projects Ltd., she raised in excess of £6 million from European and UK public sector funds.
Before joining Arts & Business in 2008, she ran a Digital Storytelling training programme for the British Council across South-East Europe and Australia with DigiTales Ltd. and continues to be on the DigiTales Board.
