Gill joined Arts & Business as Regional Director at the end of 2006 and is now Director Consultancy Services, heading our Consultancy Services Team. As Regional Director, Gill led a number of key strategic projects; clients include Cambridge University Press, Essex County Council, Jarrold and Marshall Business Aviation.

After an English degree, Gill’s early career began at Clerical Medical Life Assurance, following which she spent a fascinating five years heading up the professional development, international affairs and lobbying department of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, before finally realising her ambition to work in the arts. Prior to joining Arts & Business, she was the Executive Director of Theatre Is… a regional theatre company focussed o young people, where she managed the re-organisation and re-branding  following the departure of the founding Artistic Director.
